On November 11, 2006, Doylestown Fire Company was dispatched for a reported Barn Fire at 5502 Easton Road in Plumstead. First arriving units reported a working barn fire and dispatch upgraded the call to a full box assignment, bringing in additional units. Engine 19 and Engine 79 both responded on Box 24-10. Engine 19 went on scene and the crew went to work pulling hand lines and starting the initial attack. Engine 79 also arrived and went to work stretching 5" and working to extinguish the fire.
