On November
11, 2006, Doylestown Fire Company was dispatched for
a reported Barn Fire at 5502 Easton Road in
Plumstead. First arriving units reported a working
barn fire and dispatch upgraded the call to a full
box assignment, bringing in additional units. Engine
19 and Engine 79 both responded on Box 24-10. Engine
19 went on scene and the crew went to work pulling
hand lines and starting the initial attack. Engine
79 also arrived and went to work stretching 5" and
working to extinguish the fire. (Photos by Larry
