All Volunteer Stations, 19 & 79, Bucks County, PA

On Tuesday, April 17, 2007, The Doylestown Fire Company was called to assist the Dublin Fire Company for a fire at 4200 Applebutter Rd in Plumstead Township. Ladder 79 was in the area and took in the call. A special call was made for Field 79 to assist with the brush fires that were sparked due to flying embers. Engine 19-1 also staged at Plumsteadville Fire Company as a cover for their apparatus on the fire ground. On arrival, units found a fully involved structure with exposure problems to other out buildings and a house. The fire was contained to the main fire building, saving the exposures from severe damage. Below are pictures of the fire when first responding units arrived.
