On January 27, 2007,
Doylestown Fire Company was dispatched to assist a
homeowner in the Colonial Greene neighborhood for a
satellite television contractor stuck on their roof.
On arrival, Crews from Rescue 19 and Ladder 79 threw
a ladder to the roof and assisted the contractor
down. The contractor gained access onto the roof via
his own ladder, but once on the roof, didn't feel
his ladder was sufficient to bring him back down.
