The Doylestown Fire Company was dispatched along with the Midway Volunteer Fire Company on Sunday Morning, April 20th around 1:30am for a single family dwelling with heavy fire showing from the second floor. Police on scene called in the fire and told Bucks County Radio that the house was well involved. Engine 5 was first in and knocked back the fire with their deck gun and hand lines. Engine 15 was second in on the call. Doylestown Engines 19, 19-1, and 79 arrived and assisted with attack lines and overhaul. Additional engines to the scene were New Hope Engine 46, Warwick Engine 66, and Lingohocken Engine 95. The Plumsteadville Fire Company covered Doylestown while we assisted Midway.
