All Volunteer Stations, 19 & 79, Bucks County, PA

  Stations 19 and 79 were dispatched to a vehicle fire on North Main Street across from the Bucks County Courthouse at 1520 hours on January 26, 2008. Chalfont Assistant Chief 34 Bill Fluck was in the area and reported to the county that he had a Volvo Station Wagon with an engine compartment fire. Chief 19, Denny Loux Jr. ordered Engine 19 to go in service on arrival. A 2" foam line was pulled with Barbarajean Williams on the tip and Scott McCurdy backing up. Chris Morris was on irons. The crew hit the fire and quickly darkened it down and advanced to extinguish it quickly. Photos by Larry Browne
