The fire company was dispatched to the ChalBrit water treatment plant on Lower State Road in Doylestown Township on May 24, 2017. Engines 19, 79, Ladder 79, Rescue 19 and fire police responded. Chief 19 Sam Cramer, Jr. was in charge of operations at his former place of employment for over 20 years. There were no injuries, but alot of fire gear needed to be washed afterwards.
The fire company was dispatched to a dwelling fire with Chalfont Fire Company on Saturday, July 19 at 10:50 PM. Rescue and Engine 19 responded with Deputy and Battalion 19 to 70 Unami Trail in Chalfont. The fire was in the basement of an end of row townhome. Members assisted in search and ventilation.
On Weds. night, January 18, Doylestown firefighters were dispatched to Chalfont Box 34-6 for a fire in the candle chapel of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa. Ladder 79 arrived and went into service with hand lines for a fire that was extending into the ceiling of the chapel. In addition to Chalfont, Dublin, Warrington and Hilltown responded to the fire, which was held to a small area of ceiling and a storage room above adjacent to the main tower. There were no injuries on the cold night.
